What is CoyotesPremium.com?

CoyotesPremium.com is the official single game suites website of the Arizona Coyotes. CoyotesPremium.com is designed specifically for premium suite and loge sales (e.g. luxury suites, luxury suite tickets, etc.). This website is operated by the Arizona Coyotes and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly from the Arizona Coyotes.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data.

Shopping for a Suite

How do I purchase an Arizona Coyotes suite?

To rent an Arizona Coyotes suite, click on the game you wish to attend via the Reserve Now page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting Arizona Coyotes Premium Partnerships at 623-772-3888 or email us at [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after purchasing a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Coyotes Premium Partnerships Department will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and the Coyotes will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access to the game.

Will the suite be private to my group?

The Premium, Shane Doan, Bally Sports Fan Cave, Ambassador, and Tower suites listed on CoyotesPremium.com are fully private.The Loges are a shared space.

What is a Loge?

The loges are shared semi-private premium spaces for you and your guests to enjoy a game or event in. While the space is shared, you have your own seats and space within the area.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All Suites and Loges are ADA accessible.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on CoyotesPremium.com include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Mobile Payment (Apple Pay)

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other costs to consider will be in-suite catering expenses, additional parking passes and additional overflow tickets if needed.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or cancelled events see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

For suites that do not come inclusive of catering, catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a Levy representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Guests can forgo a catering preorder in lieu of Day of Event (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Day of Event Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu.

Any catering preorders will be due 48 hours prior to an event. Anything after that time frame will need to come from the Day of Event Menu.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

How much does catering typically cost?

Catering costs will be available closer to the event date. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suite. Spend is based on type of food - I.e., snacks vs. full meals – and number of people. Please note that suite packages include a food and beverage package already.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Overflows) for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your Arizona Coyotes Premium Partnerships representative to complete the transactions. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) at any point leading up to an event.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Overflow tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Gila River Arena)?

Gila River Arena has a No Bag policy which can be found here.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other exclusive areas?

Suite and Loge tickets will provide access to the AZBLUE Club.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Your Suite or Loge will include parking passes in our VIP Garage on site. You will be provided with details on where and how to park.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

The VIP entrance is located at Gate 1, next to the VIP Garage. Your Coyotes representative will share details on entry.

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens the same time as doors, typically an hour before event time.

Can I order food and beverage from my suite on game day?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Day of Event Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Day of Event Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Tip is already built in on any included food and beverage packages, however on anything you order additional, gratuity is customary but is not required.

If I have an issue with my suite on game day, who can I contact?

If you have an issue, please contact your Coyotes Premium Partnerships representative as well as Gila River Arena staff.
